Nine Years ago Leifer Founded and has been CEO of the successful guerilla PR, Inc. an integrated advertising agency that specialized in providing offline and online target-specific social media and influencer-based marketing campaigns. In 2008, Guerilla PR won the AdTech 2008 "Best Social Media Marketing Award" and has worked with many blue chip brands such as: Coca-Cola, Nestle, Sony, Isuzu, Red Bull, Napster, Snapple, Dwell, ShoreBank, Jim Beam Worldwide, Capital One, JohnsonDiversey and many others.
In 2009, Leifer Co-Founded Eco Dads, an inclusive network of dads who are environmentally minded, participate and create impact, . He Co-Founded the UCLA World Arts and Cultures Major, and is President Emeritus of the UCLA Honors College. Post college, Leifer Co-Founded and became Executive Director of Erin Brockovitch's Cancer 411, where he solidified partnerships with Oncology.com, NBC / iVillage's Healthology, the US National Cancer Institute, the US National Health Institute, Nexcura, Userplane, and others. He produced live cancer treatment complementary options webcast and chat show programs of leading health care experts and syndicated the shows to 100's of sites, built a comprehensive and easy-to-use informational resource, and became the number 1-3 natural search result for anything related to "Cancer" from 1997 - 1998. In 1998, Leifer Founded and ran C3Live, a Webcasting and Syndication Company that produced A-list celebrity-laden events, in partnership with MTV Producers and Directors, Microsoft Windows Media and Yahoo!'s Broadcast.com, and acquired major brand sponsorship including Red Bull, Absolut Vodka, Adrianna Goldschmeid and others.
With over 10 years experience in Strategy and Creative Director positions at companies such as Method Design, LeapFrog, and LEGO Chris is able to provide a broad perspective on how people interact with each other through technology. Stemming from work he began at Interval Research in Palo Alto Chris combines content strategy, game design and social promotion to help companies attract, maintain and grow audiences. In recent work with media companies such as CNN, Visa, and PBS Chris has built engagement through User Generated Content and Social Media, transforming business communications from push platforms to entertainment and social connection destinations.
Chris spun out of Interval as the Creative Director for Zowie Entertainment, an interactive toy and gaming company where he worked on everything from setting up the desks to building 3d worlds. The successful launch of two interactive playsets and a silver award from Wired Magazine for product of the year enabled a successful acquisition of Zowie by LEGO. Following Chris' two years as Creative Director for LEGO he once again decided to join a small startup, LeapFrog Enterprises. In his years at LeapFrog Chris watched the company grow from 50 to 1200 employees. Chris was Senior Producer of the #1 platform, the LeapPad Plus Writing, managing a team of 20, and later joined LeapFrogs Advanced Concepts group as the Manager of Content Strategy. His ability to bring successful products to market and operate strategically at all levels of engagements led him to Method Design SF, a top tier web design and development house where as Senior Strategist he ran projects for Visa, CNN, PBS, and Plantronics.

He started the company by licensing 13 patents for physiology monitoring and built a lightweight garment called the "LifeShirt." Customers include Pfizer, JNJ, Wyeth, GlaxoSmithKline, NFL, NHL, US Air Force, US Army, Mayo Clinic, Johns Hopkins, Yale, Stanford and the NIH. During Behar's tenure 26 new patents were filed, 7 issued, two of which name him as inventor. From 1981 - 1999, he was Founder and President of a multimedia consulting and production company that created innovative media technology for corporate and government clients such as: the Getty Museum, MGM Grand Hotel, AT&T, Intelsat and IBM. He also served as Senior VP, Operations and Interactive Development for North Communications and led a development team of software engineers and media developers to build proprietary interactive networks for government clients such as: California DMV, New York City, the State of Texas, Singapore and Australia. He is currently on the Board of Directors of Celliant, a high tech textile company and is the strategic consultant for the Institute of Noetic Sciences.
